The drive, flagged off by Bollywood `bad man` Gulshan Grover, featured a repertoire of vintage bikes and scooters dating back to 1898. i.e. 1947 Harley Davidson, 1930 Douglas, 1942 BSA M20, Corgi 1948, Matchless 350, Royal Enfield Clipper, Golden Flash, Indian Chief 1940, and Lambretta scooters, just to name a few. "The passion these collectors have for their bikes inspired me to host this vintage rally in India. These people care for their bikes more than their kids! I just wanted to show people that a vintage bike rally can rock," enthused Rahul Mittra, CEO of Brand Smith. Why did Gulshan Grover flag off the rally? ``I feel such events deserve a more robust presence. I`m not a biker; I`m just here to encourage people who are passionate about bikes and to generate publicity for the event. My acquaintance with bikes was with my first film `Rocky` … a long time! I hope such events take place more often,`` he remarked.
