Tall
Tip 1: Refrain from patterns that will elongate your appearance, for instance pin stripe is a no, no and can make one appear extremely gaunt and lanky.
Tip 2: Never wear high waist trousers. It’s the wrong look unless you want to show onlookers that your legs commence from your chest downwards.
Tip 3:The un-tucked look (Forgivable during business and work commitments), but it does tend to lessen the height factor. Un-tucked shirts and t-shirts
Tip 4: Baggy trousers or loose-fitted is a very subtle look for tall gents. If skinny-tight, it emphasizes waif-like attributes.
Tip 5: Accessories tend to bode well with tall males, baseball caps, flat caps, bracelets, etc - just don’t be wearing a top hat!
Short
Tip 1: Suit wise , it can be overbearing when small donning the three-piece wear. Keep it simple. Either throw on a blazer or just wear the waist coat. If you are on the shorter size, the trio combo can be overbearing.
Tip 2: Patterning and prints. Avoid being decked out, head to toe in checkered, this will only drown your height further.
Tip 3: When it comes to jean wearing or trousers refrain from going baggy, the ideal width is loose but comfortably fitted.
Tip 4: Mid-length shorts are a great way in camouflaging dwarf-like frames. When short, it’s perfect and not smothering to your height.
Tip 5: With accessories there is no rule of the thumb, just don’t overboard, otherwise you’ll look like an over decorated Christmas tree.
