With the success of the E-Class Coupe and the E-Class Sedan, the New E-Class Cabriolet is all geared up to take the legacy forward. All set to hit the Indian roads, the new Sedan aims at strengthening the versatility of the E-Class.
The new car is the seventh offering under the E-Class range by the company in the Indian sub continent. Wilfried Aulbur, MD of Mercedes Benz India said, "With its launch, the versatility of the E-Class range is further reinforced. The E-Class now offers the Cabriolet in addition to the already present E-Class Saloon and the E- Class Coupe."
The German makers of the luxury car have emphasized a lot on the performance of the newly launched model. The Mercedes Benz E-Class Cabriolet is powered by a V6 3498cc engine with a maximum power of 272 hp at 6000 rpm and a top torque of 355 Nm at 2400-5000 rpm. It boasts of 0-100 kmph and a top speed of 250 kmph.
If you want to make a status symbol, just go and grab the latest Sedan, available at just Rs 65 lakh! The fully electrical fabricated top has the facility to pull back or open within 20 seconds, at speeds up to 40 kmph. With minimal noise produced, the new machine makes it easier for front and rear passengers to talk, and be heard, in addition to its visual treat!
Available in black, dark blue or dark beige, the car is laden with luxury fittings such as speed-sensitive power steering, parking guidance, 7G-Tronic seven-speed automatic transmission, Thematic automatic climate control with digital display, Harman Kardon Logic 7 surround sound system and 18.5 spoke alloy wheels. Wowser!
