You look lovely. What are you wearing?
This is a jacket by Aarti Vijay Gupta and this is a horsehair clutch in my favourite purple. At the moment, I'm having a purple moment!
What are you working on right now?
There's one period film called Qissa, an international film. Then I'm doing a film called Ankur Arora Murder Case produced by Vikram Bhatt. And there's another thriller. And I have a book coming out; the writing is done and it is in editing right now. It's a non-fiction book that should come out in the first quarter of next year.
How would you describe your personal style?
A bit of a boy in some ways because I like to be comfortable, I like to wear pants. I would not wear something that's not comfortable. I like meticulous detail. I don't like something just random.
Your favourite designers?
I pick up a lot of High street wear but I do have some favourite designers. I like Paul Smith for some of the bags and some of the clothes. I like Marni. I like Balenciaga for bags.
Best dressed Bollywood celebs?
Most people are taking a lot of care. I would be hard pressed to pick one. Sonam does a great job; she's very fashion forward and I like her aesthetic. Rahul Khanna is always well turned out. Always the gentleman.
And who do you think is the worst dressed?
Oops! I'm not going to say!
